Terms

RealSet provides listing-photo relight for Australian real-estate agents. By sending a sample or booking a package, you agree to these terms.

We relight the photos you supply. We do not invent rooms, windows, views, or structural changes. The property is shown as it is — only as it would look at a different time of day or year.

You warrant that you have the licence or rights to use the images you send, including for lighting derivatives. Responsibility for images you publish remains with the agent.

Packages and prices are as listed on the site (Lift $799, Lift+Film $2,199, Full Set $10,999) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Lift-style stills can be done in 24 hours; Full Set is scheduled around your listing launch.
