Lighting is about 80% of mood. And the main thing that drives lighting is where the sun is in the sky — time of day, and time of year. Two things largely outside the photographer’s control.
That’s where we step in.
We take the photos you already have. We look at the property, the directions it faces, and where light will naturally fall at the best time of year. Then we accurately relight those photos from that.

Frequently asked questions
No. We don’t invent rooms, windows, or views. The property is shown exactly as it is — only relit as it would look at a different time of day or year. Same floorplan, same outlook, different hour.
RealSet works best for properties with living areas that face east–west. Those living areas get the most out of afternoon golden hour, so they benefit most from the relight.
Upload a listing photo you want redone. One still is enough — we’ll relight it so you can judge the work before you choose a package.
Lift-style stills can be done in 24 hours. Lift+Film follows the same window for the stills, with the signature video close behind. Full Set is scheduled around your listing launch and includes on-site photography.
It depends on what you already have. If you already have photos and video, Lift is enough for better hero stills. If you only have photos, Lift+Film adds a signature video. Full Set is for listings that need an on-site shoot. We don’t stage or add furniture.

Listing photos must not show the property other than as it is — that’s the idea behind REIQ-style guidance. We check sun and light so the result is realistically accurate for another time of day or year. We don’t change doors, windows, or structure. Responsibility for the images you publish remains with the agent.
You need the licence or rights to use the photos you send, so we can create lighting derivatives from them. If you’re not sure you have those rights, check with the original photographer before you upload.
